Realtor / Title Agency Request Form

Prior to closing on a property in Kensington / Huntington Homeowners Association, a bank or lender is required to receive a letter from the HOA to determine if there are delinquent balances owned to the association. This includes, legal feels, recurring payments, violations, and special assessments.

There is a $75.00 administration fee for the status letter. The fee is to be paid in advance.
